I got summoned last night by a company called LVNV Funding LLC. I have read up on this and apparently they are a junk debt buyer. Im not sure what to do. The original debt is from Citibank, so Im assuming LVNV bought the debt. The SOL in TX (Im in austin), is 4 years. So just wondering what i should do. I am sending them a debt validation letter. I have to respond to the county court within 10 days of receiving this summons. Whats my next step?
