My father died the summer before I started sixth grade. He left me money when he died. When I was 18 I signed the check over to my mother. I also signed five social security checks over before they stopped. I turned eighteen in high school and they stopped when I graduated. I was unaware of what I was doing. She told me to sign the checks, and I of course trusted her being that she was my mother. I am now 19. All of that happened a little of a year ago. I have a copy of the checks. Can I take my mom to court for this?

YES YOU CAN NOT ONLY TAKE HER TO COURT BUT YOU CAN HAVE HER ARRESTED RIGHT NOW FOR FELONY THEFT. SEE THE LOCAL POLICE OR SHERIFFS DEPARTMENT
