My dad has been locked up for a dui in Oklahoma and is getting released today. But they said he has a detainer in texas for a violation to his probation.. Do they usually come and get him, and if so how long can they hold him till they find out if they are coming or not, and if they have the right to throw him back in county since he is getting released from prison??
