I consider legal drafting is of prime importance and natural justice the root base of all the legal principles. My mental setup considers all and every body innoncent until and unless due opportunity is given to him to express and defend himself and thereafter if after considering all the material on record gives a glipmse of culpability and is convicted and the case attain finality after exhausting all the legal available remedies the accused be considered to have acted against the rule of law.However inaction on the part of accused also points towards the guilt if the inaction in not on account of any circumstance which is beyond his means. I do consider that the level of proof and the proceeding is not the same for every type of case.In criminal it has to be beyond reasonable doubt.The system of granting interim order should not be whimsicial it has to take into consideration the concept of irrepairable loss in true spirit and in case of rent control it has to be taking into consideration the comparative hardship and wilful default needs to be identified and incase it is considered so there should be no leniency. The one greatest thing that touches my mind is the delay in finalisation of the case. the case should be decided very early and then only there faith in judiciary would increase. Efforts be made so that the public at large should think so
