Im looking for someone who can tell me more about work rights. Because at my work place my manager wont let me go to school during overtime hours but yet my manger goes to work 1 hour early for work. I feel as though its unright what they are doing to us production. I feel as though everyone has equal rights to go to school just as well as my manager.
