I am legally changing my name and just want to know if the procedures are following properly.

I submitted my name change on 6/30 with the filing fee. The court ruled they needed my birth certificate and written proof of my professional use of new name. I sent them both documents. The last computer entries say birth certificate and same day PRODUCTION OF DOCUMEMTS? Does this mean the documents I gave them will suffice and it is just a matter of time?
